Comments: Incredibly RARE bug from the CAMBRIAN of Morocco.. not the Devonian like almost all of the spiny bugs from Morocco. When you look at the pictures you will notice that the spines on this bug are pointing FORWARD instead of towards the rear.. it is believed that this feature was present as perhaps an attack weapon as opposed to a defense mechanism that most spines were used for. All real with no fabrication.. VERY RARE SPECIMEN!! Measures approx. 7/8" long x 1 3/16" wide between genal spines.
