Comments: This is one of the RAREST Fish Plates you will find coming from the Green River Formation.. This plate contains an approx. 4.75" Mioplosus that has died because it tried to swallow another fish that was WAY too big for it to swallow!! Both fish are very well preserved with great details present.. The last 2 years I've not been able to purchase any fish-eating-fish plates as the quarries I buy from hadn't found any!
