| Styracosaurus | Scale: 1/25 |
The name Styracosaurus mean spiked lizard. This ceratopsian dinosaur had two small check horns, four to six long horns protruding out from the outermost edge of its neck frill and a nasal horn which was over two feet long. Exactly why this dinosaur needed so many horns is unknown, although they may have served multiple purposes. Large bone beds suggest Styracosaurus probably lived in large herds. This fascinating model is an excellent addition to any dinosaur collection or all by itself. There are eight Desktop models available in the Favorite Collection line of Fleshed on Models.
