Name: Maiasaura peeblesorum
Geologic Age: Cretaceous
Stratigraphic detail: Two Medicine Formation
Location: Dupeyer County, Montana
Comments: This is a nice set of lower jaws from a Maiasaura.. the "Good Mother Lizard". Both jaws are from the same animal and come with a custom-made, form fitting metal stand. There have been crack repairs but no reconstruction. Each half of the jaw measures approx. 14" long. There are approx. 75% of the teeth present, which includes batteries of teeth on both sides, as seen in the last 2 photos. This is a VERY RARE OFFERING!!Maiasaura Jaws 1
