Comments:   This is an EXTREMELY RARE Crinoid Plate!  There have been 3 of these crinoid plates dug from the quarry in the last 10 years.. I managed to get 2 of them from the quarry digger/preparators.   This specimen is a very nice, 3-D specimen!  There are 2 crinoids on the plate.  The first specimen measures 3
3/4" long with stem and the second specimen 3 1/8" long with stem.  This is NOT a composite plate.  Both specimens were found together like this.  As the  preparator was prepping the specimen he decided to prep the 2nd specimen with the bulk of it exposed 3-D.  This plate, like the next plate being offered was in his personal collection until I managed to talk him into pulling a few nice plates for me to offer for sale on my site!  This is a RARE opportunity to add a RARE Crinoid to your collection.. and a DOUBLE no less!

Ichthyocrinus Crinoid Plate 1  Price  $875.00
