Comments: Very nicely detailed specimen that is nicely centered on it's 2 3/8" x 2 7/8" bed of matrix. Now this is something that is very RARE to see.. the stem of this specimen is actually deeper in the matrix instead of laying on top of the matrix with the rest of the crinoid... this is believed that the crinoid was knocked down by a wave or something knocking it down.. and the stem that was buried remained intact.. the only thing that is missing is the root ball!!
