Scapherpeton

This is a group of 100+  fossil jaw sections containing many small amphibian teeth found in the Hell Creek badlands of northwestern South Dakota! These were collected over a period of many years, involving many, many hours of searching a large quantity of matrix & anthills! They are all from the fossil salamander, Scapherpeton tectum.  The largest jaw section measures 3/8" in length.
