Comments: This is a very nice display specimen!! The block of matrix was prepped down to, and around the 2 ammonites creating a bowl... THIS IS A DYING ART DUE TO THE HOURS AND HOURS REQUIRED TO DO THIS TYPE OF PREP WORK!! The ammonites have not been placed into the matrix.. This is a 100% natural specimen. The display is bowl shaped, with the ammonites prepped 3-D within the bowl.. very, very nice!! The block of the matrix measures approx. 8 3/4" wide x 7" tall. Very nice display specimen with incredible prep work!!
